Jacquelyn Ouellette – President:  10+ years of experience in consultative sales and business management with Electrical Sales Co., Wayfair.com and CH Robinson. Currently managing business operations, finances and inventory while covering distribution, contractors and electrical specifications.
​Dan LeBlanc – Vice President: 20+ years in the electrical industry.  Has worked in many roles including Regional Sales Manager for Atkore, ERICO, and Hilti as well as Location Manager for Anixter.  Currently managing the outside sales team in Michigan & Indiana.
Christy Cafarelli – Director of Operations: 20+ years of experience in the electrical industry with Electrical Sales Co. Currently managing inside sales and quotations with an emphasis on electrical raceway and wire & cable.
 Tom O'Rourke– Director of Sales: 10+ years working in the electrical and MRO Industry. Has held a variety of roles including Outside Sales, Account/Sales Management and Product management. Currently working with distribution, contractors, builders in Michigan & Indiana. 
JoAnn Hartwick – Inside Sales Support: Joined YCE Sales 2021. JoAnn has 28+ years of administrative experience in the electrical industry with Graybar Electric. Outside of work, JoAnn enjoys traveling to Colorado for goat yoga and also playing with her cats Cheech and Chong. Currently supporting the inside sales team with order processing, order follow-up and return management. 
Drew Schneider – Inside Sales Trainee: Joined YCE Sales in 2023. Drew has 12 years of experience in the service industry. Currently working as a sales trainee with inside sales. Outside of work, Drew enjoys the outdoors, sports and spending time with his family and dog.
Jeremy Byrnes – Inside Sales: 22+ years of experience with Graybar Electric. Jeremy started in the warehouse creating an inventory management system from the ground up. His performance allowed him to be promoted to Counter Sales, Quotations Specialist, Inside Sales and Outside Sales roles. Jeremy has a wife and three boys. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys watching sports and performing arts of all kind. Currently covering inside sales & quotations with an emphasis on lighting.
Amy Lockard – Inside Sales: 25+ years in the electrical distribution industry. Held various positions in customer service, sales and most recently 16 years in Operations Management with Graybar, Shealy Electrical Wholesale & Atlantic Coast Electric Supply. Amy has a husband and 2 children (Ryan & Kaylee). Outside of work they enjoy the outdoors, camping & bonfires. Amy is a big sports fan and enjoys gardening. 
Kelly Girard – Inside Sales: Joined YCE Sales in 2024. Kelly has 19 years' experience in the service industry. Currently covering inside sales & quotations. Outside of work, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, running and various sorts of exercise, reading, and going to the beach. 
Steve Turk – Outside Sales: 35+ years of experience in the electrical industry.  Has worked in many roles including Field Sales Representative for Leviton, Outside Sales for Graybar Electric, North Electric, and KE Electric.  Currently covering Michigan focused on distributors, electrical contractors and electrical specifications.
Mike Packard – Outside Sales: 10+ years of outside sales experience in industrial supply. Has worked in many roles including Outside Sales & General Manager for Fastenal and Field Account Representative & Account Manager for Grainger. Currently covering distribution, electrical contractors in Michigan & Indiana. 
Jeff Borders – Outside Sales: Joined YCE Sales in 2022. 25 years of experience in the electrical construction industry with roles varying from apprentice to business owner. This gives Jeff a great knowledge base of our products and specific applications. Jeff owned and operated a small business for over a decade performing residential and commercial work throughout Central Indiana. Jeff has a wife, 4 children and a lot of pets. He enjoys sports, music traveling, gardening and projects around the house. Currently covering distribution & contractors in Indiana. 
Fred Williams – Warehouse Specialist: Joined Y&C in 1996. 23+ years managing warehousing and transportation.  10 years experience in electrical distribution prior with Murray Lighting.   
Jacob McGrath – Driver & Warehouse Specialist: Jacob has grown up at ESC and YCE Sales assisting in the office & warehouse for 10+ years. He officially joined the team in 2020 re-racking and reorganizing our new and improved warehouse. Currently assisting in the warehouse and supporting YCE Sales Freight by managing operations and driving the YCE Sales delivery truck.
Gary Lockard– Driver & Warehouse Specialist: Gary brings over 25 years in warehousing, logistics, truck driving, customer service, inventory and project management with 8 years being in electrical distribution. Outside of work Gary enjoys spending time with his wife, Amy, children & being outdoors.
